1. Print-on-Demand Products

Since our products are made to order (print-on-demand), the right of withdrawal (14-day return window) does not apply under EU law for products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

We offer refunds or replacements only if:

• The product is damaged
• The wrong product is shipped
